Planning to be married April 12, 2008, at Wilderness Ridge in Lincoln are Jackie Glass and Darin Sothers, both of Lincoln.

Parents of the bride-elect are Rick and Diana Carney of Lincoln and Allen and Janet Glass of Ephrata, Pa. Dean and Anita Sothers of Courtland, Kan., are parents of the future groom.

Miss Glass is a 1995 graduate of Grand Island Senior High. She received a certificate in medical assisting from Southeast Community College in Lincoln. She works for Southwest Family Health as a certified medical assistant.

Sothers graduated from Pike Valley High at Scandia, Kan., in 1993. He received a bachelor of science degree in agribusiness from Kansas State University at Manhattan. He is the Midwest territory manager for Leica Geosystems.
