* Mary Deleon, 408 E. Nebraska, reported terroristic threats at 2250 Diers Ave.

* Michelle Perry, 3615 Curran Court, reported terroristic threats at 2250 Diers Ave.

Hall County Sheriff

Law enforcement arrested six people on warrants in six cases. No felonies were reported.

The Hall County Jail has 123 inmates, booked in 17 people and released 14 people.

* Cody L. Freidt, 19, 4204 Calvin Drive, pleaded not guilty to possession of a short shotgun, tampering with physical evidence, minor in consumption of alcohol, unlawful possession of a gun on school grounds and possession of an open alcoholic container in a vehicle for an Oct. 28, 2007, incident. His trial is scheduled for April.

* Melissa A. Dainton, 27, Norfolk, pleaded not guilty to two counts of distribution of methamphetamine for March 3 and March 8, 2007. Her trial is scheduled for April.

* Jeffrey J. Ewoldt, 34, 2416 N. Kruse, No. 2, pleaded not guilty to being an accessory to a felony and second-offense resisting arrest for an Oct. 31, 2007, incident. His trial is scheduled for April.

* Tomas Gonzalez, 19, Grand Island, pleaded not guilty to possession of methamphetamine, carrying a concealed knife and not having a driver's license for a May 12, 2007, incident. His trial is scheduled for April.

* Justin K. Harris, 20, 3023 W. Stolley Park Road, Apt. 144, pleaded no contest to possession of methamphetamine for a March 9, 2007, incident. His sentencing is scheduled for March 20.

* Carl E. Tobin Jr., 26, 523 E. 10th St., pleaded no contest to attempted distribution of methamphetamine, reduced from distribution, for a Sept. 5, 2006, incident. His sentencing is scheduled for March 20.

Hall County Court

* Timothy A. Feighner, 26, Lakeport, Calif., had charges of possession of hashish with the intent to distribute, possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute and two counts of not having a drug tax stamp dismissed for a Nov. 25, 2007, incident.

* Daniel D. Harp, 36, 2414 W. First St., had charges of tampering with physical evidence and theft by receiving stolen property dismissed for a Jan. 24, 2007, incident.

* Ana S. Marino, 35, 411 E. 11th St., had a charge of aiding and abetting distribution of marijuana dismissed for a Dec. 4, 2007, incident.

Driving under the influence

Hassan Abdihakim, 25, 609 Yund St., $400, nine months probation, 60 days no driving.
