* Vernon Penas, 2513 Pioneer Blvd., reported a theft at 704 W. Seventh St. Items were stolen off of a furnace.
Hall County Sheriff
Law enforcement arrested three people on warrants in five cases. No felonies were reported.

* Jamie L. Trejo, 25, 2618 St. Patrick Ave., Apt. 8, pleaded not guilty to distribution of methamphetamine for a March 6, 2007, incident. Trejo's trial is scheduled for April.
* William J. Smith, 55, 132 North Lane, pleaded not guilty to violation of the sexual offender registration act for a Nov. 29, 2007, incident. His trial is scheduled for April.

* Javier Velasquez-Cardenas, 26, 2323 Bellwood Drive, No. 49, had a charge of robbery dismissed for a Sept. 7, 2005, incident, and had charges of possession of methamphetamine and carrying a concealed gun dismissed for an April 13, 2005, incident.
* Bonnie S. Tracy, 33, 2004 N. Wheeler, No. 2H, was charged with theft by deception for a May 31, 2005, incident involving property of Nebraska Workforce Development.
* Shanna M. Cooper, 23, 2107 W. Second St., No. 136, was charged with burglary for a July 27, 2007, incident.
* Nyamal G. Wuol, 19, 717 N. Vine St., was charged with assault by a confined person for a Feb. 4 incident involving Terri Mason.
* Abbigail R. Cruz, also known as Abbigail R. Woodward, Abby Woodward, Abbigail Woodward-Cruz, 26, was charged with burglary for a July 27, 2007, incident.
* Michelle L. Knauer, 21, 714 1/2 W. First St., No. 7, was charged with burglary for a July 27, 2007, incident.
