Peace Lutheran Church in Grand Island will be the setting of the April 12, 2008, wedding of Ashley Frank and Joshua Kelley, both of Grand Island.

Gene and Yvonne Frank of Grand Island are parents of the bride-elect. The future groom's parents are Keith and Christie Kelley of Chapman.

Miss Frank graduated in 2006 from Grand Island Northwest High School. She is attending Central Community College-Hastings and is employed by Hy-Vee.

Kelley is a 2005 graduate of Grand Island Central Catholic. He attended Lincoln Southeast Community College and is employed with The Grand Island Independent as their information technology manager.
