Air National Guard Lt. Colonel Wendy K Johnson has deployed to Southwest Asia in the Persian Gulf region to support the mission of Operation Enduring Freedom as a member of the 379th Air Expeditionary Wing. The servicemember is normally assigned to the 155th Air Refueling Wing, Nebraska Air National Guard Base, Lincoln. Johnson is deputy air reserve component advisor with 23 years of military service. She is the daughter of Allen and Edna Ingerle of Elba.
