On His 80th Birthday

Send your cards and recollections to Nebraska's noted historian. During his career Bob was a teacher, professor, consultant and businessman. He is the author of many books and articles about Nebraska and the Great Plains, and has given thousands of talks to audiences in the region.

He inspired us to learn and love our heritage.

Bob and his wife Phyllis have eight children, 22 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
