Diane M. Bonczynski and Richard B. Reed exchanged wedding vows Jan. 31, 2008, at the home of the groom's daughter and son-in-law, Nicole and Jeremy Collier, in Friend, Neb. Betty Ourecky performed the private ceremony.

Special guest was the bride's mother, Vange Obermiller.

The bride is the daughter of Vange Obermiller of St. Paul, the late Earl Markvicka and stepfather, the late Gailord Obermiller. The groom is the son of the late Richard M. and Barbara Reed.

Scott Bonczynski, son of the bride, and Nicole Collier, Alicia Reed and Heather Reed, daughters of the groom, were attendants for the couple.

A small reception at the home of Nicole and Jeremy Collier followed the ceremony. After a honeymoon trip to the Caribbean, the couple live on a farm west of St. Paul.

A tropical reception honoring the couple is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. Saturday, March 1, at the Farwell Firehall.
