FULLERTON North Loup-Scotia clinched its second straight state tournament appearance and fourth overall with a 54-46 victory over Lindsay Holy Family in the Class D-2, District 2 final at Fullerton High School.
The D-2 No. 6 Wildcats (22-1) were led by Kelli Hermsmeyer with 23 points. Ashley Moody added 13 and Dana Kluthe 2.
Jennifer Frish had 13 points and Natalie Korus added 10 for Lindsay Holy Family (14-8).

HASTINGS MacKenzie McCarthy scored 13 ponts to lead Lawrence-Nelson to a 44-38 victory over Kenesaw in the Class D-1, District 2 final Friday at Adams Central High School.
Jaycee Jacobitz added 11 points for Lawrence-Nelson (15-8).
Megan Adams led Kenesaw with 13 points while Hannah Uden added 10.
The Blue Devils end their season at 16-7.
