LaTona Schmieding and Mike Eiberger, both of Kearney, will be joined in matrimony April 5, 2008, at Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Kearney.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Ed and Idona Schmieding of Gresham. Maury Eiberger and Jeanine Eiberger, both of St. Paul, are parents of the future groom.

Miss Schmieding graduated from Centennial in 2001. She received a bachelor of science in business administration with an emphasis in marketing and a minor in economics from the University of Nebraska at Kearney in 2005. She also obtained a masters in business administration with an emphasis in human resource management from UNK in 2007. She is a complex director for the University.

Eiberger, a 2003 graduate of St. Paul, is pursing a bachelor of science in industrial distribution and a bachelor of arts in vocational business education at UNK. He plans to graduate May of 2009 and works as a personal banker for Platte Valley State Bank of Kearney.
