Wedding vows will be exchanged between Julie Melick of David City and Nicholas Zrust of Grand Island on April 5, 2008, at First Presbyterian Church in Schuyler.

Dave and Sheri Melick of Madison are parents of the future bride. Parents of the prospective groom are Ken and Gerri Zrust of Grand Island.

Miss Melick is a 2000 graduate of Schuyler Central High School. She received a bachelor's degree in elementary education in 2004 from Doane College at Crete where she received her master's degree in curriculum and instruction in 2007. She is a preschool teacher for David City Public Schools.

Zrust graduated from Grand Island Senior High in 2000 and received a bachelor of arts in biology from Hastings College in 2004. He works for Timberline Energy.
