In honor of the 90th birthday of Oliver "Bus" Mason of Grand Island, his family is requesting a card shower.

Mr. Mason was born March 9, 1918, in Loup City.

His family includes Karen and Roger Peck of Reno, Nev., Vera Kay Machtolf of Lafayette, Colo., the late Rick Machtolf, Larry and Cathy Mason of Las Vegas, Skip and Shelly Mason of Kearney, David Mason of Omaha, and Randy and Debbie Mason and Melanie and Maurice Boykin, all of Grand Island. He has 16 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
