* Hamzah A. Darban, 34, Grand Island, was charged with assault by a confined person for a March 2 incident involving Ryan Redinger.

* Justin A. Rodenbaugh, 21, 2419 Kruse Ave., was charged with terroristic threats and using a handgun to commit a felony for a March 3 incident involving Eric Plummer.

* Ali M. Farah, 25, 623 Yund St. Apt. 1, was charged with possession of khat for a March 3 incident.

Driving under the influence

Martin P. Parra-Legarda, 33, 3720 W. State St., Apt. K11, $500, two days in jail, six months probation, one year no driving; Lucinda L. Killian, 46, Centrennial, Colo., $400, six months probation, 60 days no driving.

Hall County district judge

An article in Tuesday's Independent on page 3-A gave the wrong first name of a Hall County district judge. His name is James Livingston.
