The following felonies were reported:

* Bruce and Ashley Bluhm, 3009 Colorado Ave., reported criminal mischief there. A vehicle was damaged.

* John Duncan and Kent Orr, 916 W. Sixth St., reported a burglary there.

* Farmer's Insurance, Jeffry Vinson, Doniele S. Boehler, Floret Flower's and Gifts, 3406 Capital Ave., reported a burglary there.

* Deanna Strom, Laurel, Mo., reported a theft at 2620 N. Diers Ave. Money was stolen from her room at the Days Inn.

Hall County Sheriff

Law enforcement arrested three people on warrants in three cases. The following felony was reported:

* Consolidated Blenders, 7337 W. Blender Road, reported a theft there. Copper was stolen.

* Peggy S. Svoboda, 50, 2008 E. Seedling Mile Road Apt. 2, had a charge of possession of methamphetamine dismissed for a Nov. 27, 2007, incident.

* Jamie L. Monie, 37, 662 Faidley Place No. 5, was charged with strangulation, false imprisonment, terroristic threats and third-degree domestic assault for a March 3 incident involving Carriann Monie.

Hall County District Court

* Jeri L. Jensen, 31, 1205 Cedar Ridge Court Apt. 14B, was sentenced to three years probation and was ordered to pay $1,834 restitution for theft by unlawful taking for an incident that occurred between March 3 and April 7, 2007, involving property of Famous Footwear.

* Patrick C. Meyers, 45, Dannebrog, was sentenced to two years probation for possession of clonazpam for a March 12, 2007, incident.

* Jay C. Martens, 30, 203 Ponderosa Drive, was sentenced to four to six years in prison for burglary for a July 17, 2007, incident.

* Stephanie R. Edwards, also known as Stephanie Proctor, 27, 2214 N. Huston Ave., was sentenced to one to two years in prison and was ordered to pay $1,707 restitution for theft by shoplifting for a Sept. 19, 2006, incident.

* Ryan D. Hauf, 23, Hastings, pleaded no contest to writing insufficient/no funds checks for an incident that occurred between April 2 and April 3, 2007. He was sentenced to 79 days in jail and was ordered to pay $144 restitution.

* Donald A. Adams, 33, 507 W. Second St. No. 215, pleaded not guilty to theft by shoplifting for an incident that occurred between Oct. 21, 2007, and Dec. 18, 2007. His trial is scheduled for April.

* Jason L. Arnett, 39, 1215 W. Louise No. 5, pleaded not guilty to distribution of marijuana and child abuse for a Sept. 26, 2007, incident. His trial is scheduled for June.

* Gary R. Lemburg, 41, 2805 Fort Worth Court, pleaded no contest to theft by unlawful taking for a Jan. 1, 2006, incident. He will enter the Central Nebraska Drug Court on Friday.

* Jeffrey J. Corrigan, 47, 1415 N. Cleburn, pleaded not guilty to driving during 15-year license revocation and third-offense driving under the influence for a Dec. 5, 2007, incident. His pretrial is scheduled for March 20.

* Timothy S. Lanham, 31, Ravenna, pleaded not guilty to fourth-offense driving under the influence for a Dec. 28, 2007, incident. His trial is scheduled for July.

* Denby G. Fairbanks, 34, 2402 W. First St., pleaded not guilty to distribution of methamphetamine for an April 26, 2007, incident. His pretrial is scheduled for March 20.

* Quinton H. Wright, 42, 1205 Cedar Ridge Court At. 8B, pleaded not guilty to attempted kidnapping, operation of a vehicle to avoid arrest, resisting arrest and willful reckless driving for an Oct. 6, 2007, incident involving Angela Wright. His trial is scheduled for July.

* Tyler R. Nuss, 20, 912 N. Adams St., pleaded not guilty to possession of visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct for a Dec. 18, 2007, incident. His trial is scheduled for July.

Crystal L. Sallinger, 28, 403 W. Ninth St., $400, six months probation, 60 days no driving; Mitchel R. Hinrichs, 26, 339 S. Vine St., $400, six months probation, 60 days no driving; Mark L. Adams, 49, Holstein, second offense, $500, 30 days in jail, one year no driving; Kurt K. Johnson, 21, 3022 W. 10th St., $400, six months probation, 60 days no driving; Aron Gonzalez, 32, Hastings, $400, 60 days no driving, six months probation.
