A $1.58 million addition to an existing storage building at Case IH, 3445 W. Stolley Park Road, accounted for more than half of the building permit valuation in February.
The total value for all building permits issued last month was $2,816,742, including $696,471 in new residential construction. Year-to-date valuations total $5,042,686.
