Alisha and J Lautenschlager

United in marriage June 16, 2007, at First Presbyterian Church in Hastings were Alisha Rhoads of Grand Island and J Lautenschlager of St. Libory. The Rev. William Nottage-Tacey officiated.

Reginald and Mary Rhoads of Grand Island are parents of the bride. The groom is the son of Julie Lautenschlager of St. Libory and the late Louis Lautenschlager Sr.

Maid of honor was Jenn Stanton of Grand Island. April Karre, Kellee Clark and Crystal Lautenschlager, sister of the groom, were bridesmaids. Personal attendant was Beth Lamken.

Josh Rhoads of Grand Island, brother of the bride, was best man. Groomsmen were Matt Griess, Mitch Cure and Kirk Hellwege. Ushering guests were Albert Lautenschlager, brother of the groom, and R.J. Rhoads, Richard Rogers and Thomas Rogers, cousins of the bride.

Flower girls were Camille Adger and Makayla Rhoads and ringbearer was Paris Adger II.

Providing music was vocalist Jennifer Wieland. Jennifer and Sara Rogers were guest book attendants.

A reception at the Garden Cafe Convention Center in Hastings followed the ceremony.

The bride is a 1999 graduate of Grand Island Northwest High. She received a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Nebraska at Kearney in 2005. She will graduate this May from the physician assistant studies program of Union College at Lincoln.

The groom, a 2002 graduate of GINW, graduated from Southeast Community College at Milford in 2004. He is an auto body technician for Rod's Body Shop.
