A teen charged in connection with a murder and a shooting at a bar remains out of jail on bond.

Amanda M. Weddle, 19, is charged with being an accessory to a felony for a Jan. 25 shooting at a Grand Island bar. She is also charged with aiding and abetting first-degree murder for the Aug. 12, 2007, death of Faud Osman.

She was out of jail on her own recognizance in the murder case when the shooting occurred.

Weddle was in Hall County Court on Wednesday for a bond review.

Deputy Hall County Attorney Michelle Oldham said Weddle had been seeking "residency at Hope Harbor, but that didn't work out."

Hope Harbor is a homeless shelter in Grand Island.

As a condition of her bond in the murder case, Weddle was first ordered to live with her uncle in Palmer. That order was changed last week in court to require her to live with her father in St. Paul. On Wednesday, the condition that she must live with her father was applied to the bar shooting case as well.

"Thank you, your honor," Weddle said as she stood to leave the courtroom. "I'm still looking for employment. Hopefully, I'll be able to find something up in St. Paul."

Three men, including Weddle's older brother, Jacob, are also charged in connection with the bar shooting. Their charges are pending in Hall County.

Two others are charged in the murder case. Both of their cases are pending in Hall County District Court.

Weddle is scheduled to return to court at 9 a.m. May 1 for a preliminary hearing in the bar shooting case. Her preliminary hearing in the murder case is scheduled for 9 a.m. June 11. In that case, she has agreed to testify against her co-defendants.
