Hall County Sheriff

Law enforcement arrested seven people on warrants in 10 cases. The following felonies were reported:

* Sidney Gibson, Longmont, Colo., reported a theft at 7874 S. 140th Road in Wood River. Tools were stolen.

* William Cook, Columbus, reported a theft at 7874 S. 140th Road in Wood River. Tools were stolen.

The Hall County Jail has 129 inmates, booked in 16 people and released 13 people.

Hall County District Court

* Juan C. Ramirez, 19, Omaha, was sentenced to six to eight years in prison for the unlawful discharge of a gun for a March 14, 2007, incident. He was also sentenced to six months in jail for failure to appear for a Nov. 26, 2007, incident, and obstructing a police officer for a Dec. 3, 2007, incident. The sentences will be served at the same time.

Bradley W. Eidum, 48, address unknown, was sentenced to two years probation and was ordered to pay $3,929 restitution for theft by deception for an Aug. 15, 2006, incident involving property of St. Francis Medical Center.

Hall County Court

* James A. Thomas, 36, 2404 N. Broadwell Room 2, was charged with failure to appear for a Dec. 14, 2007, incident and resisting arrest, false reporting and carrying a concealed knife for a March 13 incident.

Nesslein, 34, 2323 Bellwood Drive No. 9, $400, six months probation, 60 days no driving; Billie D. Henderson, 52, Giltner, second-offense, $500, 10 days in jail, one year probation, one year no driving; Matthew C. Parsons, 40, 722 W. Charles No. 1, third-offense, $600, 30 days in jail, 18 months probation, two years no driving; Nathan L. Donahoo, 22, 1703 W. Louise, $400, nine months probation, 60 days no driving.
