In honor of the 86th birthday of Jean (Wilson) Bister, her family is requesting a card shower.

Her family includes Larry Bister of Menomonee Falls, Wis., Twyla Hill of Lincoln and Steve (Nancy) Bister of Lenexa, Kan. She has 11 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Jean was born March 23, 1922, in Cushing to Joseph and Elizabeth Wilson. She married Bill Bister on Aug. 11, 1946.
