A card shower has been requested by the children of Ralph Dzingle in honor of his 85th birthday.

His family includes Virginia and Tom Lauritsen of Dannebrog, Alvina and Allan Casteel and Diane and Gary Huebner, all of Grand Island. He has seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Mr. Dzingle was born March 18, 1923, on a farm near Ashton.
