Law enforcement arrested 16 people on warrants in 17 cases. The following felonies were reported:
* Richard Hartman, 5075 S. Locust, reported the theft of a 1989 Dodge pickup
* Daniel Mackey, Dannebrog, reported a burglary to a storage unit in Alda.
* Capital General Contractors, Waverly, reported the theft of a welder from Wood River.

* Brion David Ottum, 49, Alda, was sentenced by Judge Teresa Luther to 60 months probation for attempted first degree sexual assault.
* Heidi Strampher, 22, Burwell, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor theft by deception. Sentencing will be April 29.

* Jose M. Alcorta, 17, 3503 De Ann Road, Lot 10, was charged with possession of methamphetamine for a March 9 incident.
