Grand Island Police

The following felonies were reported:

* The sexual assault of a 2-year-old child was reported in eastern Grand Island.

* Richard Hartman, 4701 S. Locust St., reported a theft at 5075 Locust St. A vehicle was taken.

* Christian Mendez-Martinez, 1004 W. Sixth St., reported a burglary there.

* Lyn Behm, 1505 N. Vine St., reported strangulation and trespassing there. A man was arrested.

* Christina Deng, Kearney, reported criminal mischief at 100 E. Third St. A vehicle was damaged.

* Joshua Adams, 1710 N. Broadwell Ave., reported a burglary there.

* Martin Zulkoski, 2615 W. First St., reported a theft there.

Hall County Sheriff

Law enforcement arrested four people on warrants in four cases. No felonies were reported.

Hall County District Court

* Michael L. Cloud, 44, Grand Island, pleaded no contest to violating the sexual offender registration act for a June 2, 2007, incident. Charges of second-offense violation of the sexual offender registration act for a June 6, 2007, incident, and failure to appear for an Oct. 10, 2007, incident were dismissed. His sentencing is scheduled for May 21.

Hall County Court

* Russell A. Dibbern, 18, 105 W. Seventh St., was charged with strangulation and third-degree domestic assault for a March 17 incident involving Tisha Behm.

* Renec Solario, 33, Holdrege, had two charges of distribution of methamphetamine dismissed for Oct. 5, 2004, and Oct. 26, 2004, incidents.

Driving under the influence

Tyler J. Kroeger, 21, 1728 N. Park Ave., $400, six months probation, 60 days no driving; George D. Akerman, 44, Norman, Okla., $400, six months probation, 60 days no driving; Carlos Truillo-Degante, 33, 111 W. 17th St., $400, seven days in jail, six months no driving; David A. Bernal, 47, 1216 S. Eddy St., $400, six months probation, 60 days no driving.
