Rachael Dvorak of St. Libory suffered several broken bones and internal injuries in the accident, said her mother, Rhonda Bartling of Grand Island.

Bartling said her daughter remained in stable condition in the trauma unit at BryanLGH Medical Center West on Wednesday.

Because of Dvorak's condition, doctors were asking that only family members visit her there, her mother said.

The sport utility vehicle in which Dvorak was a passenger on Sunday was forced off the road by another vehicle near the Alda interchange and rolled on the median, the Nebraska State Patrol had reported earlier.
