Norman and Doris Allen of Grand Island will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary with a family gathering.

Their family includes Larry and Kay Allen and Laune and Cathy Allen, all of Grand Island, Karla and Paul Schneider of Round Lake, Ill., and Gerald Allen of Moriarity, N.M. They have seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Norman Allen and Doris Seger were married March 21, 1948, in Oelrichs, S.D.
