St. Mary's Cathedral in Grand Island will be the setting of the May 24, 2008, wedding of Kelly Hickman of Hastings and Scott Miller of Grand Island.

Parents of the bride-to-be are Doug and Michelle Hickman of Arcadia. Duane and Dianne Miller of North Platte are parents of the future groom.

Miss Hickman graduated in 2001 from Arcadia Public School. She received a bachelor of science degree in public relations with a minor in political science in 2005 from the University of Nebraska at Kearney where she was a member of Gamma Phi Beta sorority. She works for the Hastings Family YMCA as a marketing and events director.

Miller is a 1999 graduate of North Platte High school. He received a bachelor of arts degree from UNK in 2003. He is a graphic designer for Rasmussen Associates in Grand Island.
