The National Council of La Raza (NCLR and translated as "The Race") was founded by Professor Jose Angel Gutierrez, who is on the payroll of the University of Texas-Arlington.
This group is dedicated to taking over the Southwest (Aztlan) section of the United States of America. Prof. Gutierrez states that by the differential birth rate of Mexicans versus Americans, the Mexicans will inevitably take over and it is only a matter of time before the Mexicans have control. What does he mean, just the Southwest or the U.S.A.?
In 1969, he said, "We have got to eliminate the gringo, and what I mean by that is, if the worst comes to worst, we have got to kill him!"
Prof. Gutierrez continued, "The border remains a military zone. We remain a haunted people. Now you think you have a destiny to fulfill in the land that historically has been ours for 40,000 years. And we're a new Mestizo nation. And they want us to discuss civil rights."
"Civil rights! What law made by white men to oppress all of us of color, female and male. This is our homeland. We cannot we will not and we must not be made illegal in our own homeland. We are not immigrants that came from another country to another country. We are migrants, free to travel the length and breadth of the Americas because we belong here. We are millions. We have to survive. We have an aging white America. They are not making babies. They are dying. It's a matter of time. The explosion is our population."
If any American said we were going to kill the Mexicans, think of the pandemonium.
America is the only industrial nation with a growing population.
Eighty percent of growth is due to immigration and the rest is due to babies of immigrants. The weapon is their babies.
Prof. Gutierrez, born in Crystal City, Texas, in 1944, is a political science professor and former head of the Mexican-American studies center at the University of Texas. The professor, an activist and lawyer, served as county judge and authored, "A Chicano Manual on How to Handle Gringos." He has been active in the Chicano movement and one of the founders of MAO, Mexican-American Youth Org.
Prof. Gutierrez is not insane, he is a man on a mission committed to the movement.
Mr. George W. Bush, as governor, appointed the Board of Regents of the University of Texas. He is responsible.
