Hall County District Court
* Michelle L. Goodro, also known as Michelle L. Ummel, Michelle Ummel-Munson, Michelle Hawthorne, Michelle Slocum, Michelle Hunnel and Michelle L. Slocum-Ummel, 35, Grand Island, was sentenced to five to eight years in prison for second-degree forgery for a Dec. 5, 2007, incident. She was also sentenced to 20 to 60 months in prison each for possession of methamphetamine for a Feb. 24 incident, possession of meth for an Oct. 1, 2007, incident, and theft by unlawful taking for a July 25, 2007, incident. She was ordered to pay $6,164 restitution and the sentences will be served at the same time.
* Nathan D. Hansen, 26, 204 E. Koenig St., was sentenced to three years probation for child abuse for a March 21, 2007, incident. A second charge of child abuse and a charge of willful reckless driving were dismissed for the same incident.
Hall County Court
* German Cazarez-Ruiz, also known as German Cazarez, German Ruiz and German Ruiz-Cazarez, 33, Newark, Calif., was charged with possession of methamphetamine with the intent to distribute, driving during suspension, and false reporting for a March 26 incident. He was also charged with failure to appear for an Oct. 24, 2007, incident.
* Andrea R. Carmen, 18, Kearney, was charged with burglary for a Dec. 15, 2007, incident.
* Brandon J. Jacobs, 25, Gibbon, was charged with burglary for a Dec. 15, 2007, incident.
* Aaron Pfeiffer, 22, Kearney, was charged with burglary for a Dec. 15, 2007, incident.
* Benjamin T. Moeller, 18, 1710 Ingalls St., was charged with criminal mischief and shooting from a highway for a Feb. 20 incident.
* Clarence H. Kerr, 46, Fairfax, Mo., was charged with theft by unlawful taking for a Nov. 1, 2007, incident.
* Dion D. Davenport, 32, 903 W. First St., was charged with aiding and abetting theft by unlawful taking for a March 22 incident.
