Matt Wagnitz shot a 41 over nine holes to lead HLHS, which had a team score of 200. Host Ravenna finished with 164 and Loup City had 206.

HLHS coach Dan Bremer was pleased with his team's effort.

"I was vey pleased with our kids considering this was their first time out and the course is so hilly," Bremer said. "Particularly, since this was the first time they had played on this course. They held together well."

Ravenna's Jordan Chizek and Trevin Chramosta each shot 39 to tie for the low score of the day.
