Timothy Tracy Thornton, also known as Outlaw Timenem, 23, white male, 5-foot-9, 163 pounds, brown eyes, brown hair. Registered address: 302 West Lawn Apt. 2, Hastings. He was convicted of attempted first-degree sexual assault in Hall County.
