Celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary with a family gathering are Gerald and Lucille Hunnicutt of Grand Island.

Their family includes Daryl and Jo Hunnicutt and Ronald and Pamela Hunnicutt, all of Giltner, Jay and Lori Hunnicutt of Aurora and Wanda and Kenneth Mecone of Grand Island. They have 14 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Gerald Hunnicutt and Lucille Obermeier were married April 11, 1948, in Giltner.
