Planning to be joined in matrimony May 31, 2008, at Grace Lutheran Church in Grand Island are Jennifer Bartels and Jacob Fosket, both of Grand Island.

Parents of the bride-to-be are Tim and Vicki Bartels of Grand Island. James and Virginia Fosket, also of Grand Island, are parents of the future groom.

The couple are both 2005 graduates of Grand Island Senior High.

Miss Bartels is attending the University of Nebraska Medical Center, College of Nursing at Kearney where she is pursing her bachelor of science in nursing. She plans to receive her RN and work in maternal or pediatric nursing.

Fosket works for Slumberland Furniture and has recently joined the National Guard.
