Wedding vows will be exchanged between Rachael Van Kirk and Cornelio Trejo, both of Sutton, on May 17, 2008, at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Sutton.

James and Cecilia Van Kirk of Sutton are parents of the future bride. Parents of the prospective groom are Arturo Chavez and C. Sabina of Sutton.

Miss Van Kirk graduated from Sutton Public School in 2005. She is attending Hastings College where she is majoring in chemistry and biology. Upon graduating in the spring of 2009, she will continue her education in medical school.

Trejo is a 2002 graduate of Sutton Public School. He works for Cleary Buildings.
