An open house will be hosted by the family of Edna Pearson of Elba in celebration of her 90th birthday. The event is planned from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, April 20, at the new Elba Community Building.

Her family includes children, Linda and Ron Royle of Pleasanton and Ken Pearson of Lincoln, and grandchildren, Sara and Abby Royle.

Mrs. Pearson was born April 20, 1918, in Boelus.
