Grand Island Police Sgt. Jerry Atwell said he believed the arrests occurred early Sunday morning, but had no other details Sunday evening.

Broken windows in 21 vehicles were reported early last Thursday. The incidents occurred all over town.

The vehicles were parked on streets, in driveways or in apartment building parking lots when they sustained damage.

Some also had slashed tires, and a few had items stolen from them as well.
