Three men were charged in Hall County Court Monday with stealing collectibles, a crib and a washer and dryer from an unoccupied house.

Justin W. Stevens, 26, and Anthony M. Burson, 19, both of 115 South Lane, and Denby G. Fairbanks, 34, of 821 W. Fifth St., were each charged with felony theft by receiving stolen property.

The men were arrested Sunday for stealing the items from a mobile home at 20 Robin St., which is in a trailer park just off of Engleman Road west of Grand Island, said Hall County Sheriff's Capt. Jim Castleberry.

The burglary occurred sometime in the last two months, he said.

The home's resident had moved out and the property, including Precious Moments and NASCAR memorabilia, remained in the home, Castleberry said.

The property belongs to David Lawson of Cairo, according to court documents.

Castleberry said the stolen items are worth in excess of $5,000. Some of it was recovered at a trailer next door to 20 Robin St., and some was found at Stevens' and Burson's home, which is in West Park Plaza. That mobile home park is across Engleman Road from the park where 20 Robin St. is located, Castleberry said.

Deputies are seeking a fourth man in connection with the burglary, he said.

Bonds for Stevens, Burson and Fairbanks were set at 10 percent of $25,000 each. Their preliminary hearings were scheduled for 1:30 p.m. May 20.
