* Shayla Meister, 321 S. Pine St., reported a theft there. Items were stolen from a vehicle.
* Dwayne Larson, St. Libory, reported a theft on Frostfire Avenue. Items were stolen from a construction trailer.

Hall County District Court
* Cesar Macias, 25, Lompoc, Calif., pleaded not guilty to possession of a Ruger pistol, carrying a concealed weapon, no operator's license and possession of a stolen gun for a Nov. 23, 2007, incident. He also pleaded not guilty to possession of a .22 caliber pistol for a Jan. 1 incident. Pretrials for both incidents are set for May 21.
Hall County Court
* Troy D. Utley, 42, Alda, was charged with theft by unlawful taking for an April 15 incident involving property of David Lawson.
* Tristan J. Bush, also known as Tristan Letscher and Tristan Letscher-Bush, 22, 1222 W. Sixth St., was charged with theft by unlawful taking for a March 2 incident involving Auto Town.
* Cesar Macias, 25, Lompoc, Calif., was charged with two counts of failure to appear for a March 4 incident.
Driving under the influence
Dennis E. Bloomquist, 55, 2114 W. Second St., No. 345, $400, six months probation, 60 days no driving.
